Admission to the MBA program is a competitive process in which your experience, aptitude, potential and managerial skills will be assessed. Enrolment is limited and you are chosen based on your ability to contribute unique experiences to the cohort-learning environment. Admission selection factors include:
- A recognized undergraduate degree with minimum 3 years work experience or;
- A good diploma from a recognized institution plus minimum 5 years management experience; mature candidates who have demonstrated exceptional professional or business achievements but who do not meet these requirements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
An application process usually takes up to 1 month. Applicants are advised to have the necessary documents ready at point of application. Successful applicants will then be notified in writing.
Step 1: Prepare all necessary documents (e.g. academic records, letter of recommendation and a full curriculum vitae)
Step 2: Complete online application form. Your application should include all necessary supporting documents.
Step 3: Outcomes of applications will be made in writing. Successful candidates will receive a letter of offer and an admissions package with enrolment information.
Step 4: Students who require financial assistance can apply via the Aventis website during the stipulated application period.
Step 5: To qualify as a ‘registered student’, you must have registered and paid the prescribed fees. A student ceases to be registered upon being conferred the MBA for which he/she is a candidate, or on leaving the University, either through withdrawal on his/her own accord or termination of candidature by the University.
Aventis collaborates with various financial institutions to provide optimal lending terms to eligible applicants, up to 100% of the tuition fees.
